I’ve been a patient since about mid 2014. I think I came across Dr. Karapatian around July of 2014.My wife actually helped me with the recommendation she had came across three dental office that she wanted me to take a look at, and we looked at Dr. Karapatian office and decided this one we wanted to go with. Well, they were located another office right across from West Springfield High School, and also the staff made you feel warm and welcome when you first walked in. And as I waited and once I met with Dr. Karapatian, she asked me, some of my concerns were about my dental health and we kind of went through the chart to see what had been done in the past. And she listened to some of my concerns and needs and we just took it from there mainly with this overall dental health, but primarily was periodontal disease .And in fact, I wanted to make sure that I had a dentist that I could establish a relationship with a good working relationship with and one that would cater to the needs I wanted and one that made me feel most comfortable about the treatment and that I knew exactly what I was getting into and what was to be expected of me, and also my expectations of the dentist as well. My main concern was one was two things. One was the cost and insurance, and also two was the healing time involved in the overall process. I was impressed with the nice facilities. I was impressed with the caring of the staff, the friendly attitude and the can-do, and the smiles they all presented. I love the decorum of the facilities. I love the way it tastes be decorated. It makes you feel very relaxed. I love the waiting staff. The staff is very friendly. They make you feel relaxed like you’re at home, and they’re just overall professionals and the way they conduct themselves. And so when I come here, I feel very relaxed that I’m going to be taking care of a well-trained and very professional staff. I would recommend other patients to Dr. Karapatian for three reasons. One, she’s extremely professional. Two, she has the best staff, they’re very courteous, and they make you feel warm. They make you feel welcome here, and that adds to the overall experience of the dental care that you expect to receive from Dr. Karapatian.

In actuality the longs that I’ve been here at Washington Periodontics has probably been about half a year. I came in from my normal dentist practice because I needed some work done here. First of all, I think the most important thing that I found about Washington Periodontics is the fact that they are customer-related. The fact that when I first came in, there was no problem in signing in. Everything was already pre-done. Everybody was very nice, very professional, and just made the experience very smooth. The reason I came to the Washington Dental practice was because of the periodontics that I needed. Personally. I had at my age kind of ignored some of my teeth, and I had a lot of gaps depth wise, below the five point figure, so my dentist couldn’t handle that and highly recommended I come here. Well, I have never been to a periodontist before, so I was really unprepared on what I would experience, but everything was so smooth here. It ended up being fun. I would highly recommend it’s the experience that I’ve had here at Washington Periodontics, and I would highly recommend individuals coming here for any periodontist work and dental work. As a matter of fact, the best experience that I had here at Washington Periodontics was the personnel. It’s a very professional staff. They do everything right in front of you.They tell you upfront what’s going to happen. I’ve always known that bedside manners in the medical field, whether it be dental or any other specialty, is extremely important, and it’s what makes people come back. I will definitely come back. Other periodontics might be able to do the work, but I assure you they don’t have the professional staff that cares as much about Washington Perons. I was willing to drive 20 miles to come here and get my treatment instead of Peronsfacilities that were closer to my home in Manassas.

I’ve been a patient at Washington Periodontics for, I think, three years. I found you guys through my other dentist. My experience here has been and continues to be fabulous. I love all the women here.I love that it is a women only practice, and like I said before, it’s fun. Everybody has a great sense of humor and it’s very soothing to have that specific features that I enjoyed the most were, one of the things I really like and enjoy is that Dr. K always remembers what is going on in my life so that she always asks me about my hobby, which is photography.
And I remember one time when one of my cats was sick, and I didn’t know whether I needed to put the cat to sleep or if I could wait. And so we took a little vote about the cat and whether it was too soon or whatever, to have the cat put to sleep. And so my hygienist and Dr.K voted to keep her alive a little longer, and that was a great, great gift. I would like to be able to recommend this office, Washington Periodontics, to everyone I know. I’ve tried to recommend you guys to my husband who won’t go for any kind of complex dental care, but I have to go back to the graciousness of Dr.K and of the staff and the kindness and the interest in me. Not just in fixing me, but in my life, in myself as a person. So, I’m not just a patient here. I’m a human being that has an assortment of a specific strangeness and it is just a great place to be. I think Dr.K is the best physician of any kind that I have ever had. So not just dentists, not just periodontist,any physician I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot. So yeah, that’s what I would recommend is come here if you want to be treated like an individual human being, that’s what I feel the most is that she’s the best doctor of any kind and the best staff of any kind. I just love you all. I.

I have been a patient for Washington Periodontics, I think over five years. Dr. Karapetian took over the practice of the doctor that I used to be with, and soon we knew each other, and she took
good care of my gums. At this point, the office is very professional and yet very friendly. This is like a combination that I liked a lot. I have gum recession, so I have a gum disease that they recess, and I have to do something about it, and they took care of it. The concern is if the treatment doesn’t work, this is the main thing. My experience with Washington Periodontics is very good. They took care of my gums and I rarely have now issues to address other than the routine checks every six months,how friendly people are and how advanced technicality that place is. They have great equipment, state of the art. I recommend the Washington Periodontics because I enjoy being here.They took care of my gum issues and I really highly recommend them to friends and family. I would like to add that being here really I feel comfortable,especially with covid issues. They really, really are still very careful and they took precautions. I go to places, other doctors, so, but this office has the best precautions I’ve seen.

I have been a patient of Washington Periodontics for about four years. I found Washington Periodontics through my general dentist, who referred me to Dr. K the very first time I came to Washington Periodontics. I loved the staff, the warm atmosphere, how everyone just welcomed me right away. It just felt very comfortable and very relaxed. The dental issue that brought me to this practice is very complicated, but basically, I was looking for implants and needed someone who could deal with a complicated case, and Dr. K was that doctor. My main concern with having the treatment was I wasn’t sure if I was too old to kind of go through it.I wasn’t sure what all it was going to entail.Just had a lot of questions, but she answered them all.My experience at Washington Periodontics has been great. The staff has welcomed me. They’ve answered any questions that I’ve had. They’ve explained my treatment plan to me. It’s just been great. The specific features I’ve enjoyed the most being a patient here at Washington Periodontics is that when I come in,I feel like I’m meeting friends. Dr.K really takes time to give that extra personal touch, and all of the staff have fun stories they’d like to share, and it just feels comfortable. It doesn’t feel like you’re going to a medical office. I would recommend Washington Periodontics to other patients because it’s just a great experience. They would feel comfortable right away. Any questions that they had would be answered. The staff’s knowledgeable, caring. Yeah, I just love it here.

I’m one of the original patients. I think I was with Dr. Wyman before Dr. Kerry Passin joined his practice, and then it became Washington Periodontist, so it’s been so long now. I don’t even remember what year that was.I was referred by my orthodontist. I had braces as an adult, Dr. Ou, so he referred me to Washington Periodontist the first time I walked into the office at Washington Periodontist. It was just such a warm,welcoming from the staff and then from everyone from the front desk
staff to Dr. Kara Apian, and that’s why I continued to come back. I actually came to Washington Periodontist because I had braces as an adult in my forties, and as a result of getting the braces off, I had some gum disease. So I came to Washington periodontist for that, and I had to do a gum surgery. Initially when I came for my initial treatment, I wasn’t too worried about it because unfortunately my son had had braces through the same orthodontist as a teenager, and he developed this when his braces came off and I got my braces off probablyand he developed this when his braces came off and I got my braces off probably about six months after him. So I kind of knew the procedure and I was familiar with what was going on. Every experience I’ve ever had at Washington Periodontist has been wonderful. I say I’ve been here since it started. I continued to come back. I hate to say this, but I even come here for my cleanings versus going to a general dentist because I love this practice. Well, what I like about coming here is I love Dr. K. She’s so personable. She’s always there when you need her. If you get anything done, whether it’s something routine or something a little more major, like I’m going through implants now, you have her cell phone number to call her. She calls you the day of the procedure a couple of days later to make sure you’re okay. That follow-up, that’s there. I highly recommend Washington Periodontist because if you need that additional service of a periodontist,you’re not going to find anywhere better than Washington Periodontist. Dr.K is phenomenal, phenomenal, and the staff is wonderful. They know what they’re doing. It’s cutting-edge technology, and you will never feel like you’re just a patient,
one of however many, 500. You feel like you’re the only one in the practice because you’re known when you walk in the door by name, and it just makes you feel at home. I give them five stars, and if you could give 20 stars, I would give 20 stars to Washington Periodontist, and if you need a periodontist, this is the place to come.
